Abstract submission
Abstracts are invited for poster presentation.
- Abstract submission will open on 1st October 2019.
- Abstract, prepared as per the following guidelines, should be submitted to <aesc [at] acads [dot] iiserpune [dot] ac [dot] in> with the last name of the first author followed by "Abstract Submission" mentioned in the subject line.
- Guidelines: Abstracts should be in English, in Times New Roman font with line spacing of 1.5 and justified text. Title should be concise, should convey important contribution of the work, should be in bold and 16 point font size. First and last names of all the authors should be listed and should be separated with a comma and “&” before the last author's name. Presenting author(s) should be underlined. Corresponding author should be indicated with an asterisk. Affiliations should be indicated with superscript numbers for authors and list of affiliation should include only the name of the department, university/institute and place. Email ID of the correspondence author should be provided after the list of affiliations. Main text should not exceed 300 words and it must clearly indicate the question or hypothesis, research methods, results and conclusions. Template of the abstract can be downloaded to make sure that the abstract follows the guidelines properly.
- Abstract should be communicated by the corresponding author.
- Since the number of poster presentations are limited, abstracts should be communicated well before the conference registration deadline 15th November 2019.
- Abstracts will be reviewed by internal committee and decision regarding acceptance will be communicated by email.
- Submission of abstracts doesn't include official registration for the conference. Authors of the submitted abstracts for presentation must also make separate registration for the conference by filling in the Registration Form. If the abstract is submitted by two authors, both of them must make the official registration. Unless the presenting author(s) register for the conference, abstracts will not be included in the scientific program.
